Michael helped us remodel our home to not only make it beautiful but his expertise in ‘green’ house remodeling helped us helped us to achieve the coveted NAHB National Green Building Standards ‘Emerald Certification’ (the first in S.E. Michigan) for a remodeled home including solar panels, ‘tight’ construction, and water efficiency; he used our existing structure to limit the house’s ‘footprint’.

His design was strikingly original, yet tasteful, and consistent with the overall gestalt of our home. He worked meticulously on the design elements before we started and hired a great building team to fulfill his and our conception.

From beginning to end Michael was ‘hands on’ and communicated with us and the construction team in a way that made us feel totally secure. He included us in all pertinent decisions, and made us feel confident that our home would be the best we could make it.
