My wife and I engaged Michael’s architectural services for two projects, first, to renovate our prior home and second, to build an attached garage to our present home. In both cases, Michael listened and enthusiastically embraced our half-baked ideas. Thereafter, he enhanced and transform those ideas into drawings, creatively addressing and solving all issues.

We love our completed garage. Built into the side of a hill, it posed particular designed and construction challenges that Michael surmounted in a unique and creative fashion. I’ll have to defer to Michael for some of its details, but I witnessed the erection of an elaborate structural reinforcement and drainage system that overcomes the topographical and design challenges.

Like most people contemplating renovations or improvements, we did not want our garage addition to look like an addition. In our minds, the finished product looks like it’s always been a part of the house. In addition to our word, you may take that of a neighbor friend who is an architect with the University.

Michael was also prompt, clear and complete in all that work he undertook.
