The Motor City is in the news!  A British publication named Wallpaper* that specializes in architecture, interiors, fashion, art, and contemporary lifestyle just named Detroit the City of the Year for 2026.  “Once a byword for urban distress, the Motor City is undergoing a fresh wave of regeneration, driven by progressive developers, design distinctions and dynamic investment,” Wallpaper* wrote.
