We are very excited to announce that you will have the opportunity to tour our ‘Prairie Passive’ PHIUS® certified Passive House on the Builder’s and Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor’s Showcase of Homes event Saturday and Sunday, June 27th and 28th.  A certified Passive House is one that by its design and construction uses 80-90% less energy than a conventional home.  The ‘Prairie Passive’ home is a beautiful example of skillful integration of inspired architectural design with sustainable, resilient, high performance.
