Dear Michael,

We wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your work with us on our remodeling project. We asked for drama, light, and spaciousness to be introduced into our mundane, highly shaded ranch. You accomplished all of this and more in an impressive and beautiful design!

We were extremely pleased with how thorough, meticulous, and imaginative you were in your whole approach: in your initial assessment of our house, in your wonderful ideas about the project, your drawings, and in the way you followed through in seeing that the plans were implemented. What was best of all, however, was how open, encouraging, and enthusiastic you were in involving us with you in the creative aspects of the project. You were both welcoming and inviting of our input, and straightforward and respectful in giving us feedback about what would and would not work. We learned a lot, but even more importantly, we had a wonderful, exciting time. We feel the end product is a very satisfying combination of your creative vision and our wishes and ideas.

Amazingly enough, the project was kept on the timeline. We are back home and delighted with our “new” house. Please feel free to use us as a “satisfied customer” reference on future projects.
