or our upcoming BRAGAA Remodelers Home Tour on September 27 and 28, we are continuing to share the story of the evolution of the design solution for our project, tour home #2.  For the first design phase, we typically explore three loosely developed design concepts, exploring varying and different possibilities.  Today, we are sharing the Schematic Design ‘B’ concept showing how we modified the plans and added a new upper story in a slightly different way than we did with SD ‘A’. Design ‘B’ moves the mud room to the north and places the kitchen more centrally located.  It also opens up the kitchen to the balance of the first floor plan.
