• Sept. 8, 2025: Limited Production Period begins
• Jan. 26, 2026: Broad Product Period begins
• Nov. 2, 2026: Mandate – all lenders must use UAD 3.6 for all new submissions
• May 3, 2027: Retirement of UAD 2.6
