Our clients Andrew and Ashley’s new custom home for is starting to take shape.  Careful thought and consideration to the home’s siting resulted in it being nicely positioned on a prominent knoll giving an expansive view to their lovely site.  Inside, we get a sneak peek at what a deliciously “warm toes” floor looks like with the in-floor radiant heat infrastructure going in.  Those Warmboard® green floor panels are specially grooved to receive PEX tubing for the hydronic radiant floor system. If you have ever experienced it then you know that nothing is more comfortable than in-floor radiant heat on a cold Michigan winter day!
