We had the pleasure and privilege of working with Michael Klement and his staff over the course of a year on our recent home renovation project.  When we met with Michael initially, my husband and I were both drawn to his professionalism, focus, attention to detail, and experience.  After having our first impressions confirmed when we spoke with a few of his current and past clients, we hired Michael.  Throughout every stage of our project, our initial impressions were confirmed time and time again: Michael was highly organized, thorough, and excellent in every respect.

During the first stage of our project, we specifically appreciated how intently Michael listened to what our goals were for our project, and the creativity and myriad of options he presented to us to choose from at our next meeting really got the ball rolling. When we hit a snag with some zoning issue, we found Michael was willing to thoroughly explore all of our options, while simultaneously being realistic and practical in his recommendations.  We ultimately chose not to add the mudroom we really wanted due to the high likelihood that our Township would not approve the necessary variance, but we felt satisfied that we had fully investigated this possibility.

Instead, we turned our attentions and focus to adding several sets of windows in our home to increase the aesthetic appeal both inside and outside the home, as well as to allow more light into our master bedroom, basement guest-room and playroom, and first floor family room, bathroom and laundry room. Michael provided us with some wonderful choices of layouts and designs and also gave us some excellent recommendations of contractors with whom we could contract to complete the work. Once we chose a contractor and began construction, Michael was available for consultation as necessary throughout the durations of the project.

We are now approximately 9 months post – constructions and are turning our attentions to details like painting and windows treatments.  We are just thrilled with the improvements we have made to our home and are very grateful to Michael and his staff for the significant role they played in helping us realize our dreams for our home.  We would highly recommend Michael Klement and Architectural Resource.
